The Berry Farm in Margaret River
I visited The Berry Farm in Margaret River, Western Australia a few years ago. I went specifically to take photos of the Splendid Fairy Wrens that frequent the cafe area looking for treats. I took 700 plus photos over 4 hours. I also ate a lots of Cream Teas and drank a lot of Earl Grey. It was a tough job! I managed to get two usable photos to work from. This is one of them. I go back as often as I can and The Berry Farm sell my cards and prints now too. You can see Red Eared Firetails, Honeyeaters, Silvereyes and Rosellas as well as the wrens plus lots of other birds. You just have to sit and wait, but not for long. It's such a pleasure to visit there.
